Lullababies
Wed. 9am – 11am
This play group is geared to infants and toddlers with their parent or caregiver. Part of the morning is spent socializing and sharing with other parents and professionals. A hands-on activity is demonstrated that illustrates a developmental milestone your child has or will achieve. The neuroscience research will be explained whenever possible. This activity will be part of a music nursery rhyme circle.
Baby scales available. Additionally, a portion of the morning is dedicated to Infant Massage with our certified Infant Massage instructor (CIMI®), and member of International Association of Infant Massage, Inc. (IAIM®).
Evening Playgroup
Wed. 6pm – 8pm
This is another play group similar to our regular morning play groups. Come with or without your child(ren). This time frame makes the resources available to parents that work outside the home in the day time. Two Wednesday evenings each month will feature a parenting info session or a workshop.
Note: There is no charge for either of the OEYC sponsored playgroups and workshops. |
